Spin casting is used in manufacturing parts such as seals, large O-rings, and sleeves, where complete removal of air bubbles is critical. An innovative centrifuge clamping system will automatically lock the mold as soon as the mold starts to rotate. A DC motor drive can provide a wide range of rotational speed from 5 to 5000 RPM.
